Animated Optimus Prime God I miss Transformers Animated.
I feel like current transformers cartoons are pushing in too hard on the G1 style, every new incarnation has just been the same re-telling of the cybertronian wars with everyone wanting to do stuff from the 1986 movie in their own way all told in the same melodramatic style.
I loved the toys too, I miss those times.

Right?! It feels that way with the toys, too. It’s just G1 with more possibility and detail, over and over again. I wish they’d switch it up a little, tell a different story, or at least tell the story in a different way.
